We are dedicated to minimizing our environmental footprint and enhancing our environmental performance as a core aspect of our business strategy and operations. We aim to inspire our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to follow suit.
Responsibility
The Business Development Manager and Director are accountable for implementing this environmental policy. Nevertheless, all employees are responsible within their respective areas to ensure the aims and objectives of this policy are achieved.

We will:

- Consider the energy consumption and efficiency of new products before making a purchase.
Office essentials
We will:
- Assess whether the need can be fulfilled differently.

- Assess the environmental impact of any new products we plan to buy.
- Prioritize environmentally friendly and efficient products whenever feasible.

- Minimize travel requirements to essential trips only.
- Encourage the utilization of travel alternatives such as email or video/phone conferencing.
- Prioritize 'green' vehicles and ensure their ongoing efficiency through rigorous maintenance.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Our commitments include:
- Utilize cleaning materials that prioritize environmental friendliness.
- Incorporate environmentally friendly materials in any office refurbishment.
- Ensure waste disposal is conducted only through licensed and suitable organizations.
Surveillance and Enhancement
We will:
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Consistently enhance and monitor environmental performance to minimize impacts.
- Increase employee awareness through training initiatives.
- Regularly review this policy and address related business matters in monthly management meetings.
Culture
We will:
- Review and update this policy annually, consulting with staff and other stakeholders as needed. Engage staff in policy implementation to foster greater commitment and enhance performance.
- Offer relevant environmental training to staff members.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to enhance their environmental performance. Prioritize the use of local labor and materials to reduce CO2 emissions and support the community.
