Preventing Hidden Labour Exploitation
POLICY STATEMENT
Elite Guarding (UK) LTD trading as Security Security Ltd pledges to take a proactive stance in addressing hidden labor exploitation.
Hidden labor exploitation refers to the exploitation of job seekers and workers by third-party individuals or gangs, distinct from the employer or labor provider. This may involve rogue individuals operating within these businesses without management’s knowledge. It encompasses forced labor, human trafficking for labor exploitation, payment for work-finding services, and exploitation related to work such as forced accommodation. Perpetrators often conceal it well, with victims, if they identify as such, hesitant to report it.
